Joshua Charrette, Charlotte Academy of Music piano student, achieved the highest score in his level, Musically Advanced 1, at the NFMC Piano Scholarship Festival. This event was held at Queens University on February 18th. Joshua performed Prelude in B Major, Op. 32, no. 11 by Rachmaninoff and Prelude and Fugue in b minor by Bach. He will now go onto compete at the state level. Joshua studies with Phyllis Teague at CAM.
