Summer is one of our favorite times of year at CAM. We love diving into visual art, music, and musical theatre with campers and our terrific Summer Camp Counselors!
Interested in becoming a Camp Counselor? Under the guidance of CAM Executive Director, Regina Ziliani, our Studio Manager, Danelle Richie, and Lead Camp Teachers, you will have opportunities to build leadership and communication skills. You’ll be facilitating fun and teamwork with creativity and enthusiasm! Also, being a Camp Counselor is an incredible way to learn skills and prepare for future jobs.
Things to know about being a Camp Counselor at CAM…
- This is a volunteer position.
- We have positions for Camp Counselors ages 13+.
- Applicant should enjoy working with children.
- Applicant should be able to take direction, have a strong work ethic and an enthusiastic, positive attitude.
- Camp Counselors may submit their camp volunteering for school community service hours.
- Camp Counselors may request letters of recommendation from our Executive Director and/or their Lead Camp Teacher for other employment, college applications, etc.
