Registration
Students are registered for a specific lesson/class day and time. Spaces fill quickly and are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. To be accepted for the current academic year, please complete the Enrollment Form. No schedule will be reserved, and lessons cannot begin, until both the form and registration fee are received. The Academy operates on a year-round schedule consisting of 46 weekly lessons and 6 weeks of vacation.
Tuition
- Processing: Tuition is charged in 12 equal monthly installments on the last day of each month.
- Payment Methods: Payments are automatically drafted via bank account (ACH) or credit card.
- Settlement: Transaction settlement dates depend on your designated financial institution.

If a student needs to discontinue lessons, a 30-day written notice is required via our formal Withdrawal Form. Once received, your 30-day notice period begins. You will continue to have full access to your scheduled lessons through the end of this 30-day period.
- You remain financially responsible for all lessons scheduled during your final 30 days, regardless of attendance.

Fees
- Enrollment Fee: $50.00 per student or $75.00 per family, due annually and non-refundable.
- NSF Fee: A $25.00 fee will be assessed for any returned check or declined electronic funds.
Refunds & Credits
Full refunds (including registration fees) are only issued if the Academy cancels a group class or workshop due to insufficient enrollment. The Academy does not issue credits for any reason.
Student Supervision
Children under age 12 must be escorted into the Academy and remain with a responsible adult until their lesson begins. Parents must provide timely drop-off and pick-up; the Academy is not responsible for students before or after their assigned lesson time.
Absence & Communication
- Attendance: Missing more than 3 lessons without prior notice may result in termination of enrollment.
- Make-ups: Instructors are not obligated to make up lessons missed by the student. All lessons or workshops cancelled due to instructor absence will be made up.
- Responsiveness: Students/parents are expected to respond to instructor communications (email/phone) in a timely manner.
Lesson Protocol
Parents are welcome to stay in the reception area. If a student is tardy, the lesson will still end at its originally scheduled time.
Environment & Media
- Food/Pets: No food, drinks (except bottled water), or pets are allowed inside the building.
- Media Release: Photographs or video of students/families may be used for promotional purposes without compensation. To exempt your student, you must notify the Academy in writing at or before registration.
Inclement Weather
In cases of inclement weather, check the Academy voicemail, website, or Facebook page. Cancelled lessons will be made up via private lesson or group workshop.
