Payment & Fees

For each production, a $60 costume fee (per production) is due at time of enrollment and is non-refundable. The remaining balance is processed the evening prior to audition date.
All productions must meet required enrollment minimum. If minimum is not met, all fees will be refunded.

Securing a Space: A completed Summer MainStage Production Enrollment Form and acceptance of these policies are required to secure a performer’s space.
First-Come Basis: Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
Cancellation Rights: The Academy reserves the right to cancel any production that does not attain minimum enrollment.

Financial Terms

Non-Refundable Costume Fee: A $60.00 costume fee (per production) is due at the time of enrollment. This fee covers the cast t-shirt and specialized costume pieces and is non-refundable upon receipt.
Tuition Balance: The remaining tuition balance will be automatically processed the day prior to the scheduled audition date.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a tuition refund (less the non-refundable $60 costume fee), written notice of withdrawal must be received at least 24 hours prior to the tuition processing date.
Finality of Payment: Once the tuition has been processed (the day before auditions), no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
Academy Cancellation: If the Academy cancels a production due to insufficient enrollment, all fees—including the costume fee—will be fully refunded.

Attendance & Dismissal

Essential Participation: Due to the intensive nature of MainStage, attendance is mandatory. Performers missing more than one day, or the final dress rehearsal, may be removed from the production at the director’s discretion.
Punctuality: Performers should arrive no more than 15 minutes early and must be picked up immediately at the conclusion of rehearsal.
Dismissal: CAM reserves the right to dismiss any cast member due to frequent absences, disciplinary issues, or parent non-compliance with policies.

Rehearsal Environment

Food & Drink: Please provide a nut-free bag lunch and a labeled water bottle daily. No refrigerator access is available.
Media Release: CAM may use photographs or video of performers for promotional purposes unless the Academy is notified of an exemption in writing at the time of registration.
