Comedy is not for the simple sponge!
Great comedy takes bold choices, fearless physicality, and razor-sharp timing — and that’s exactly what this intensive acting workshop is designed to build.
Using material from The SpongeBob Musical Youth Edition, performers will explore:
- Physical comedy and expressive movement
- Comedic timing, pacing, and reactions
- Making specific, committed character choices
We’ll work directly with the official audition sides that will be used on SpongeBob audition day, giving participants the chance to experiment, refine their instincts, and gain confidence whether they’re auditioning for the show or simply enjoy developing their acting skills.
