Enrollment & Registration

• Securing a Space: A completed Summer Camp Enrollment Form and signed acceptance of these policies are required to secure a camper’s space.
• First-Come Basis: Enrollment is processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Cancellation Rights: The Academy reserves the right to cancel any camp session that does not attain minimum enrollment.

Financial Terms

• Non-Refundable Deposit: A $60.00 deposit per student is due at the time of enrollment to secure a spot.
• Tuition Balance: The remaining camp tuition balance will be automatically processed exactly fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of camp.
• Early Bird Discount: Registrations received by March 15, 2026, are eligible for the Early Bird Discount, applicable to one or more activities within a single family.

Withdrawal & Refund Policy

• Eligibility Window: To be eligible for a tuition refund (less the non-refundable $60 deposit), written notice of withdrawal must be received at least fifteen (15) days prior to the first day of camp.
• Finality of Payment: Once the remaining tuition balance has been processed (14 days prior to camp), no refunds or credits will be issued for any reason.
• Academy Cancellation: If the Academy cancels a camp due to insufficient enrollment, all fees—including the $60 deposit—will be fully refunded.

Student Supervision & Safety

• Drop-off/Pick-up: Campers may be dropped off no more than 15 minutes prior to the start of camp, and parents must pick up their child immediately at the conclusion of camp each day.
• Escort Policy: All children under the age of 12 must be escorted into the Academy by a responsible adult.
• Liability: The Academy is not responsible for students before or after the designated camp hours.

Academy Environment

• Food & Drink: No refrigerator access is available. Please provide a nut-free lunch and a labeled water bottle for your camper daily.
• Media Release: CAM may use photographs or video of students for promotional purposes unless the Academy is notified of an exemption in writing at the time of registration.

Tuition & Payment Summary

• Deposit: A $60.00 non-refundable deposit is due at the time of enrollment to secure your student's space.
• Final Balance: The remaining tuition balance will be automatically processed exactly fourteen (14) days prior to the first day of camp.
• Payment Methods: No fees are assessed for payments made via electronic debit (ACH). A 5% processing fee applies to all credit or debit card transactions.
• Academy Cancellation: All camps must meet a minimum enrollment. If the Academy cancels a camp, all fees—including the $60 deposit—will be fully refunded.
