Lydia Tran

Lydia Tran began playing piano at age 4 and has demonstrated passion for music ever since. She competed at various music competitions and continued on playing violin at age 7, joined the Charlotte Junior Youth Orchestra in fourth grade, and the Charlotte Symphony Youth Orchestra in eighth grade. Growing up, she was very involved with her music ministry at her church and started teaching piano and violin lessons in high school.

Lydia went on and received a Bachelors in Kinesiology with a minor in Psychology, and a Doctorate in Physical Therapy, but her passion remains fostering music in children. Lydia instills great form and technique in her lessons as well as demonstrates such joy and positive energy to encourage her students to also find their passion for music.
